Movement II

Black and white dragged, scraped and dotted marks overlap in a dense textured field, with broad horizontal streaks towards the right.

Layers of fabric, sand, paint and transferred marks accumulate into a forceful monochrome field. Combing, spraying and pressing the surface establish competing directions and densities. The study investigates gestural movement and the visual pressure of communication and exchange.
